Our Founder – Sourabh Saini

Our studio is guided by Sourabh Saini, a passionate yoga teacher with 20 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching experience. Holding a B.Sc. in Yoga and a Yoga Alliance–affiliated Teacher Training certification, Sourabh blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern insights.

His mission is to help people achieve balance, strength, and peace through yoga. Each class reflects his belief in mindful movement, breath awareness, and holistic healing — creating a nurturing space where every student can grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
